WebJul 3, 2015 · The horn doesn't work as pressed from the steering wheel. Took the horns out and tested it manually by connecting it to the postive terminal and ground of the vehicle. One (high) didn't work while the other (low) worked. I purchased an aftermarket replacement for the high pitch horn and installed it. Still nothing.
