You are supposed to walk up to it, kind of beneath it but nothing happens. I have not already viewed it as it's not showing up on my map. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated my friends, thank you.

WebI finally got around to doing the rock carvings tonight and found that you cannot inspect the final carving until you've started the mission. Once you do, you can go straight to the carving and get it done.
