Members of PEAK Health & Fitness may use the clubs in the network as guests while traveling. To find a participating club go to: www.fitlifeclubs.com. WebBecoming an Associate Member of FitLife helps you gain access to the decision-makers and key influencers at our ~65+ club locations. Using that access to nurture individual relationships is a good way to build support within the Network over time. There are three categories of Associate Members:
